Akif Hafan Celebi

Glamour photography is another thing that I would find fun to do, right after musician photography. It can be fun and interesting, personally i think it can also be pretty ridiculous and it takes itself too seriously. Shiho Hakva takes pictures of beautiful women in high fashion walking down a crummy street. Everything is in high contrast all the time, and the lens blurs everything out only to focus on the subject. Funny thing is is that ive always wanted to do a shoot like this with my girlfriend similar to what Shiho has done. She focuses intensely on the subject and blurs out everything else, it makes the picture more dynamic and all around more beautiful.

Ami Barwell

Ami Barwell is a musician photographer that does promo shots, live shots, portraits and magazine covers, pretty much all i would love to do. If i were to ever nab a career in photography this woul be it. Flowers are lovely and all, but there is nothing more fun then to capture images of your favorite musicians. I've gained a little experience through some friends bands, and Ive had a blast. Her shots are nearly all black and white with a high amount of contrast. You can tell they are photoshopped, but not because she has added large amounts of design, she keep her images simple so they appear to be naturally that beautiful.

Eric Warner

I think Eric Warner is a seriously talented photographer, most definitely going places. He is sort of at the area I want to be at now, but the only problem is is that its just so damn expensive. His works I've seen are at a professional level, theyre clean, theyre composited well, they're not overly photoshopped or under-worked. His black and whites are beautiful are the contrast is perfect, and I'm sure I will see his stuff more in the future.

Pixels of San Diego

I actually ordered my book last week, i dont know how my progress is coming along but it should be ok. Im kind of worried about the quality of the printing, which is both partially my fault and could be the book order fault. I was not too happy with the quality of my cards. Some pictures were actually 72 dpi. I managed to change it to 300, but Im not too confident that these will be as high a quality as the ones that were always 300, oh well.

Lake Poway

I haven't yet finished enhancing my pictures from Lake Poway, so here's two pano's from my little hike. Once again, i made the mistake of wearing my usual tight, black pants instead of loose shorts. I went here because a friend of mine said there was lots of growth with colorful, fruitful flowers sprouting everywhere. This was a month ago, but i figured it would still be a good shoot. There actually wasn't a whole lot going on. Lots of dirt for sure, but only a handful of flowers worthy enough to shoot. There should be a lot of pictures later to come.

Lake Hodges

So these are a few shots from when i went to Lake Hodges with Jamie. We were going to go to Pendelton, but she was just a tad late. We then were gonna go to the poppy fields along Del Dios, but we just went to a little area along Hodges that was closer. We took a long hike along the road. For some reason i thought it would be a good idea to go up the little hill that was next to the lake, i regretted it. The damn hill felt like a mountain, i wasn't dressed for it at all, and Jamie is a weird girl, but i managed to get one of the best shots ive yet taken.
